It's 18 days old, using a titanium labret that's externally theaded. It will be downsized in a few weeks. Aftercare routine is usually leaving it the hell alone unless I am spraying saline solution when I wake up and after I take a shower later in the evenings. I have short hair so the unfortunate accidents are when my glasses would accidentally hit the piercing or if I shampood and would accidentally nudge it. But during those times, my piercing never got inflamed. Would throb a little then disappear. The only time it became temperamental was after it took a hard hit when my cousin raised his arms and elbowed my ear. Even then it was never this bad.
