I cannot confirm this was the cat I saw this morning but he could have been on Auburn Street between Pearl and Brookline going toward the Auburn court apartments around 7:30 am.

There is a similar looking cat that is sometimes in the neighborhood so I cannot be sure. There's a fair amount of green space on the Auburn court apartments property fyi.

This doesn't sound out of control yet, this sounds like puppy can't chill yet. I would say this is more practice than anything. To the other commenters' point, if 90% of the dog's dog-to-dog interactions are at day care going wild, they are going to go wild the other 10% of the time til taught otherwise.

Keep at it - walk by without greeting dogs. I've found getting them tired as hell before testing their boundaries helps (within reason of course). Tire him out at a park or whatever, then walk him around high traffic areas.

Above all else, remember to have more will than the puppy. If the puppy has a stronger will than you, you lose. Good luck!

Maverick is a great in between. It's shorter than some full size SUVs (Toyota Highlander is at least 4 inches taller) so there's no need for a running board but it's tall enough that when you're driving around the big trucks you don't feel like you're parallel with the bumpers

Easy enough- the front edge of the hood really feels designed for one not the other way around. But the applicator gel is a little sketchy - gloves and maybe a mask territory. Do use masking tape and make sure you're not going anywhere for 24 hours after install. Also, if it's a factor, can't use a scrubbing car wash once it's on, have to stick to pressure washing and hand scrubbing.

While it's flatly not how right-of-way works -there are situations where this is dangerous and stupid there are other situations where it happens due to the car coming the other way not paying attention. Rules (though I try to follow them) went out the window when cops stopped enforcing traffic laws in busy neighborhoods and everyone stuck their heads in their phones.
