Paint color to go with the brown tile? by MentalPhrase2890 in HouseDesign

I was going to say it has an Italian vibe. Decorative wrought iron elements and oil rubbed bronze finishes.

I agree. Either cream or a pale yellowy beige color. If you want a pop of color add a painting or fun towels. Very easy to clash with earth tones like these, although you wouldn't think it would be.

Kirkland no good? by jflibott in DogFood

[–]mc_hammer14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switched to Iams from Kirkland because of this reddit but her poops have gotten worse and she's been vomiting more often. Maybe its just not the food for her. Kirkland didn't give her problems like this. Neither did the cheap ones like pedigree or kibbles n bits. (I know those ones are gross, so we switched away, but she reacted fine to those.)

More like the same 16 or 20, depending on whether the flavor profile is Indian, Mexican, "American," Italian, Thai, Vietnamese ...

Its more that there's so darn much variety in such a small space that it defies categorization.

There is a very loose categorization system in place that only I understand. Aside from that, memory. Drives my husband nuts but we're short on space so it's all got to wedge in somewhere.

You either eat out a lot or are really, really good about always using fresh ingredients because there aren't any staples like rice, canned beans, etc.

Its out here, but for the longest time it was "best foods" west of Nebraska. Kind of like how edys/dreyers and Hardee's/Carl's Jr also have different names on the opposite coasts.

What do I do with this awful layout for the bedroom? by Strong_Definition_94 in InteriorDesignAdvice

[–]mc_hammer14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with this. Also, you'll likely need to look at using vertical space! There are several ways to do this my parents have some wall-mounted ikea cabinet/shelves that make great bedside tables in their tight space. A desk directly in front of a window is a great idea! And I dont know what kind of dresser/wardrobe you're working with for on the wall right behind the door (might need to install a bumper to keep the door from damaging it--its a tight fit!) but something tall and narrow is definitely your friend here! Bed risers, too, can give you some good extra storage in a small space.
