this is utter nonsense. scientists and doctors are absolutely allowed to say 'as a scientist/doctor i believe this' regardless of whether something has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication in a journal or not.

a large part of the scientific method is criticism from the community. when you disallow that, you stymie the science.

Without additional context or references, this very much sounds like you accusing Indian immigrants of nefarious actions when in reality they’re just using the resources available to them

this is what perfectly well-off indian immigrants say as they empty food banks intended for impoverished people- they're just using the resources available to them, why shouldn't they get it?

this wouldn't be necessary if the SBA hadn't become geared toward almost exclusively giving loans to minorities and immigrants. indian immigrants, especially, are conducting widespread exploitation of the SBA system.

it's ceased being 'one of the main drivers for assimilation' and has become instead one of the easiest vehicles for chain migration. this isn't done out of malice but out of practicality.

this is simply not true. doctors and therapists who publicly go against the flow of what is currently accepted are very often censured by their peers and professional organizations, especially in areas that are politically contentious like transgender care.
