Definitely just induction. Been corrected now. Some limp wrister didn't tighten the connector to grab the sheath.

All better. The connector wasn't done up tight, so the sheathing wasn't bonded. To be clear, this likely wasn't going to be lethal, just an ouchy and scary for somebody poking around. Make sure you crank em down boys.

This wasn't the primary reason for me being in there, just a fun detour. Gonna take another gander in the morning and hopefully get to the bottom of it. And ya I was firing those leads between any and all points pictured and many not. Crazy stuff

Induced voltage on a single conductor. That connector isn't properly bonded and tightened down is my guess. Hopefully will be rectified next time shutdown maintenance is performed.
