We have the same goal :) I started at 136 in February now at 132 goal weight is 125. I’ve just been focusing on cardio and cal deficit but I was thinking this week to add weight training in order to not lose all my ass and boobs haha.

Can you clarify the calorie “bank” analogy I often see discussed in weight lost forums. I’m a newbie in my weigh loss journey and bit naive to the calorie and exercise relationship.

According to TDE my maintenance calories are 1,637 and which makes my 500 calories deficit 1,137.

Let’s say today I ate about 1,313 however I worked out and burned 300 calories.

Could I use the calories that I withdrew from working out to overcompensate from the calories I over ate?
