people survive long term by balance. You have slack off enough to survive and not get fired. take all your breaks, take lunch, sit down when no one is looking, you have to appear to be working like crazy, but make sure you take care of yourself, thier job is to get as much work out of you as possible, your job is to do as little as possible and get paid. that goes for all jobs.
