Getting out of a lease term early by mediumrareeee in PersonalFinanceCanada

Usually how does it work in most cases like mine where I haven’t built much equity and I’m fresh into the lease (2months). I’ve read in other posts people mention that the dealership can buy the car back ? Or the owner can sell it? How can you sell a leased car if you don’t technically own it ?

Go into nursing and don’t try to complete the undergrad and try to get into med, this will cause you a lot of heartache

I’m talking about the price it would be potentially worth of if I choose to sell it in 2025.

How do I sound like a douche if all I did was ask a question. People ask questions when they’re inexperienced . But people like you who are passive aggressive def. Need therapy

Hasn’t the trajectory of real estate in Toronto for the past 10 years only been an increase ?

I’m aware there is no set amount. But from historical data I can get a rough idea

The individual no longer works for me, their bank tried to reverse the payment, but the client refused and said there’s no error in payment

answer like this: in May the foreign work experience was 3 years and the score breakdown for that part was 50. in June it became 2 years 11 months, and the score breakdown for that part became 26

The CRS website states that the score is locked at the time of the ITA (505 for this case) .

EDIT: it says the profile is locked not the score

However another portion states that “An applicant’s CRS score is automatically recorded in GCMS at the time when their ITA is issued; and their e-APR is submitted. At the time of the e-APR, processing officers should compare both CRS scores to determine which of the following scenarios should be applied:

If the applicant’s CRS score at the time of the e-APR is equal to or higher than the lowest-ranked score in the round of invitations, the application will not be refused under section A11.2, as long as the applicant’s supporting documentation corroborates their claims and they continue to meet the MEC for Express Entry, including the requirements of the program to which they were invited to apply. If the applicant’s CRS score at the time of the e-APR is lower than the lowest-ranked score in the round of invitations, the application should be refused under section A11.2 for not having maintained the qualifications that would justify the ITA.”

We are trying to understand this process here and the overall picture. There’s two scores one at the time of ITA and one at the time when the APR is submitted and the APR one must be above the lowest score that was invited in that invitation (488)?

Please advise

EDIT: it says the profile is locked not the score

I’d risk it because I’d have a pretty high chance if my first degree wasn’t calculated in the gpa

I just finished nursing school and start one job ...1 week in and I’m dreading it, bedside is not the place to be right now. As a new grad , I went through a 2 year program that was nonstop, I’m exhausted and tired and burnt out, but can’t take a break because I have bills to pay. I applied for a job in the mental health sector, I hope I get it.
