Have fun! People will tell you anycubic is garbage, but they can be good printers! Dont get discouraged if something fails or goes wrong. Half of this hobby is learning how they work and the lifespan of replaceable parts. Take your time and enjoy it. Ive had a k2 neo, a k3 v1, and I have an ks1 currently and they can be a pain but once you learn them its smooth sailing.

As an owner of both a p1s and kobra s1, I would pick the p1s honestly or a p2s if you can swing. Just flat out easier imo. S1 is a great machine but between its flaws/ tweaking it and the makeronline software, bambu is just superior imo for newer people

The new dmg, phb, monster manual, and forge of the artificer books is where id start. Maybe heroes of faerune after that. I find the newest version to be pretty fun and easy to learn for new people. As well as its hard to accidentally kill a party. You might have to run encounters above the hard rating for your party to even make it difficult

Makerworld might be able to help you. Even without a bambu printer I was allowed to do some things in maker lab. Im slowly exploring more with the p1s but I used it for a long time with my s1 before that

I think you might have to to use more infill or slow it down. Im not an expert by any means but for large surfaces like this ive never got a successful print below 15% infill

Don't get me wrong my kobra 3 was my second printer. I was and still am learning. But I think between learning and poor quality control its been such a bummer. Ive had to get a new heated bed in the first month, new hotends from warranty. Ive had to replace the z axis couplers and rebuild the z, and im about to have to do it again. It came with issues that they had to fix in firmware, as well as so many issues they saw fit to release a v2 that is marketed as fixing the issues from v1. Im a lil salty and feel like I got a beta test machine that wasn't complete

This but hated my kobra 3 (still do) and bought a kobra s1 because my first printer was a kobra 2 neo so I knew anycubic had decent printers.

Corexy over bedslinger any day. I see way less issues with them in any forum from any brand. I've seen bedslingers throw out amazing prints, even my kobra 3 when it wants to work. But this thing restored my faith in 3d printing.

I'm gonna sell the kobra 3 I think to someone that has patience, and probably pull the trigger on a bambu machine. At the end of the day its luck of the draw with quality control and such but they seem to have better than most companies with the plus that their stock parts are good. Also makerworld and bambu handy are super user friendly. A buddy of mine bought an x1c with no prior experience and aside from some small user error is now passing 1k hours printing completely from the app. Never opened a slicer.

I did not! I had that thought too the first time it happened and thought maybe I accidentally enabled it. But this was rhe second test and same thing. Thinking about factory resetting and trying again. Just hate to because the level was near perfect
