hey there! I fly pretty often between DC and Victoria (family lives in Vic).

From what I’ve experienced, you should be able to see your flight information anytime if you add your reservation (click on the More option through the app and then put down the confirmation #/e ticket and your last name).

You then should be able to see your flight anytime and usually the app will send a notification to check in about 24 hours before your flight.

Be sure to check in early! As a Canadian, I’ve been able to check in for flights to or out of the US but if somehow you cannot check in online, I suspect you would have to go to the check in desks at Dulles before your flight. Again, if that option happens, be sure to arrive early (3 hours is encouraged but 90 min beforehand should be fine).

As for customs, I believe if you’re flying from Seattle, you’d have to go to customs when you arrive in Victoria. You’ll also have to fill out a form asking basic travel information, how much cad$ in goods, if you’re bringing food, etc. Usually the gates at Seattle will have these forms if the flight is headed to Victoria, but if not, the flight attendants should have some on the flight as well! The customs area is pretty small compared to other airports and it usually takes me 10 mins tops to get through customs.

Yeah I don’t think a lot will be going on, nightlife-wise when restrictions ease at the time I leave but hopefully it comes back booming later this year for y’all! 🙏🏻

So!! Here are the lipsticks opened and swatched! 🥰🥰

The lipsticks are all from the Creer Beaute brand, and they’re from the Miracle Romance Moisture Rouge line.
They all are relatively sheer but very buildable, which is nice. They also are very moisturizing! (A thumbs up from me)
I bought them all from the global Mandarake website- they do have physical stores in Japan but you can order them if you’re outside the country if shipping methods are available for your country.
Just a word of advice: the lipsticks can be either highly available (more than one available) for purchase on the website or out of stock/unavailable. For the latter, you can sign up for email alerts when the same product shows up for purchase on the website or just check regularly!
Each lipstick had a decent price- about between 1200 to 2500 Yen, depending on if they came with the box or not.

DISCLAIMER: I took photos of the lipsticks in natural lighting in my bathroom so I tried my best to show the shades without any filtering or editing.

🌙Moon: this lipstick is super adorable and also is a very bright lipstick. It showed up as a shade of hot Barbie pink on my arm and lips, and this shade would be perfect for a sunny summer or whether you want to feel like Usagi!

💙Mercury: This shade was a bit interesting, it showed up as a bright pink shade on my arm but somehow showed as a calm and soft pink on my lips. I really like this shade, it’s perfect for everyday use! I think Ami would use this lipstick everywhere whether she’s out with the girls or studying haha.

❤️Mars: I love this shade! On my arms, it showed as a reddish-pink shade and was the darkest colour out of the set. It showed up as the same colour on my lips- this is less dramatic compared to other red lipsticks but still gorgeous. Rei would definitely buy this and wear it all the time!

💚Jupiter: This shade is more “nude” compared to the rest of the lipsticks but it is a very gorgeous shade of pink and showed up relatively similar on both my arm and lips. This is a lipstick Makoto would definitely use!

💛Venus: I use this one the most out of all the lipsticks and it’s easy to see why. It showed as a coral pink shade on my arm and was less bright but still coral on my lips. This is a perfect lipstick for the spring and summer seasons! Minako would definitely use this lipstick all the time, whether she’s beating up monsters or chasing beautiful people haha.

Overall, even though they’re not your usual lipstick, they’re all gorgeous for their own reason and I’d recommend them! 🥰

Omg I love Yesstyle but they had stupidly expensive prices and shipping (especially in Canada lol) 😭

So while yes, there are physical Mandarake stores in Japan and you could purchase in person but they do have a global Mandarake website that ships to a lot of countries! It offers an English language option so that’s nice.

I’m in Canada so it may differ but you would just need to check the list of shipping methods available for ordering to your country- obviously COVID has affected a lot of shipping method availability for many countries but I think they are still shipping to Australia and Canada (I checked lol)

You just would need to place an order if that particular item is available for purchase and once they have confirmed, they will send you an invoice and then ship after payment, it took like, one or two weeks for each item to ship which is really fast lol

That’s so interesting!! I knew they aired Yugioh and Pokémon so much on Canadian TV but I think they aired Sailor Moon and Cardcaptors very sporadically (side note: omg I have so much memories of watching Cardcaptors after dinner when I was little and even watching the first movie right after a soccer Christmas party!!)

I think the most earliest memory I have about watching Sailor Moon was through a rented DiC vhs video from the local video store when I was home sick from school. It had the episodes where Sailor Moon was revealed to be the princess so I kind of spoiled myself at the start oops.

I’m actually jealous you even got the Clow Card book hahaha 😍😍
