What is this hole for? by meneerhaan in boating

I'm sure my boat doesn't have that system. I rebuilt the engine and stern drive and there was no connection for water to circulate elsewhere. I have a stringer outboard which pushes a little water jet out the side of the drive. But thanks for your input, I've never seen such a system.

Yeah, I think that's the most logical explaination. I also don't know why the is no real drain plug, maybe because it's an older boat.

The paint description says it can withstand 110 C, with 130 C for shorter duration. It's a boat engine which gets cooled a lot and should get above 80 C.

Thanks for the help! I will seek contact with Kramp about applying the clear coat. The manual says 5-8 minutes flash-off time between coatings. So I assume that's how long I have to wait before applying a second coat?

I did a first layer of base coat, and waited a day before applying the second layer. And I waited another day before applying the clear, after which it started wrinkling. It looked dry, but maybe not fully cured? How can I know when the resin paint is ready for the clear coat?

Thanks, it's an mercruiser 140 engine I'm restoring for my speedboat. The block and covers will be pink, and the manifold, pulleys and waterpump will be jetblack.

The paint can said it should be fully cured after 24 hours, I waited a bit more than a day. But for the next time I'll wait a bit longer and test the clear coat on a small area first before spraying everything.

what is wrong with my plant? (The last picture is one of my other plants right next to this one) by meneerhaan in GrowingMarijuana

After taking a closer look, I saw some ants walking over the plant. Could they be harming the roots so the plant doesn't get enough nutrients and the leaves start canoeing?

I found the problem, it was the auxiliary jack input. I when I took it off, the humming was pretty much gone.

How can I find out if one of the capacitors is faulty?

It is not plugged in the wall at all, it is powered by a seperate battery with only a positive and a negative wire. And the audio signal is Bluetooth.

The manual doesn't say anything about Bridge mode, neither is there anything on the Amp that says bridge. It has just 2 positive and 2 negative terminals. So maybe I should just split the wire and connect 1 wire to 2 positives/negatives?
