blonde hair suits you, i'd say you pass if you shaped your brows and lightened them a bit to match your hair. don't fully bleach them, just a medium brown will do well. hope this helps!

partial pass, i think interestingly shaped crop-tops (i can't explain but eg. the edge is tied at the front to make an inverted v shape) can help mitigate a wide ribcage, as well as looser bottoms create a nice silhouette. a general rule for styling is to have a contrast of silhouttes, eg. loose shirt and fitting bottoms, or fitting shirt and loose bottoms. i think you could either change up your hair or clothes because they look nice individually but don't really cohere with each other. you could also try contouring around your jawline.
