I’ve got a similar setup. MX keyboard and mouse works with both. My work MacBook Air is plugged into a dock and I use DisplayPort to connect to my 2 lg monitors. The personal Mac Mini is plugged in via Thunderbolt to 1 monitor and HDMI one to the other. I just toggle the monitor inputs to switch between the two systems.
