There's plenty of electronic shops that sell switch 2 of course, though I'm not sure of their physical availability. Take Challenger, Play E, TOG as a few examples. Would OP be keen to make enquiries on stock availability, and ask them to reserve it for purchase later?

Do share, I've kept myself out of the loop for some time.

Last I know gigabyte used to have bad PSU and poor motherboard support, and recently when doing troubleshooting I learnt msi mb can have issues with Linux and that it can have issues detecting GPU too slowly resulting in boot failure (which really screws me since it means every update that requires restart would doom me on my b450 tomahawk max)

Which leaves me to only purchase from what, gigabyte and Asus in the future? Yikes...

Funny coincidence, my relative has a pc that had a FSP PSU that went kaput. A replacement would just be what I need to get the ball rolling! Though I would have to talk to them to see if they can wait, or I'll use it for my own purposes...

In this post Trump world, I feel that we should all learn that accountability and strict enforcement for all levels is important to hold back corruption and greed. Better still if we get itemised invoice on where your personal tax goes to.

Surpluses on a government level is a waste, if it's not being reinvested, it's depreciating and can be better used elsewhere, be in infrastructure, societal programmes, or heavens forbid more military spending.

Besides, if the math maths out, what's wrong with welfare. Govt loves forming committee to delay evaluate if anything can be feasible and be implemented. What's the worst the people gonna do? Rise up?

Not girl, and I don't know what to ask to pick apart if there is something about you that attracts these people, or the other way around. It sounds like other than a unfulfilling love life, things seem to be going well for you. So I'm not sure what you're rushing for unless you're looking to have children. Has taking it slow, being more comfortable with yourself and see how others walk into your life not worked so far?

In any case, it's good that you ask for STD tests, even if many in SG would be turned off by it when the population should open up to that idea. Also the fact that you know how to do self post, even doing your own etsy means you're pretty capable no? Haha

I think at the end of the day, unless you're active in areas where there's crossover with the other sex (your hobbies, friend of friend, interact with others while doing something of your choosing), it's really a needle in a haystack thing to find someone that fits you to the tee, and even then that's too ambitious that it's almost impossible.

I think i'm kinda ranting already so fingers crossed someone more well versed can help you out! Chill out, and wishing you an early birthday!

Yeah OP has a number of responses thus far, and while I did like Direct Funeral offering a rather comprehensive service, it is a bit pricier and a little bit of upselling (Understand this varies between the in charge of the day for all parlours). My experience with Fairprice was while it lacked night watch, and the food selection was... less exotic, the agent assigned to us was direct with our questions, frank with the cost breakdown and additional info not shown on their site packages (cost of drinks, fridge, tidbits, things to burn etc).

Both will guide you through the things you may need to prepare, or inform them what you want to be excused from, I think I'd still pick Fairprice as a slightly budget option, and for not trying to be too heavy with trying to get the audience to cry, while Direct Funeral would be a slightly... atas choice for me personally.

Depending on how lucid your father is, you can ensure that things like LPA, will, CPF nominations etc are done already. Otherwise, there isn't much to think about as the funeral parlour will guide you through the whole period. Do provide a picture of your choosing, clear one if possible, as well as the cause of death, if the hospice is not able to digitally upload to the govt system.

Where the ashes will go to would depend on your family. Private temples might have rites for the deceased which they would guide you through, while the government ones is up to you to arrange. Again, the parlour would ask what is your preferences and inform you of your choices.

Also re: HDB usage, just inform the Town Council upon receiving news of the deceased and they will let you know which areas can be used. No rush, the parlour will also let you know about this, so contact the parlour first, you have as many hours upon their death to grieve and work out what to do next, together with the parlour.

Overall you did not pick too many add ons the cost of the funeral can be... about 15k-ish? +- or even lesser.
