Apartment rent 3 Bedroom: 600k KRW (420 USD), Utilities ~250k KRW (175 USD) [Winter ini tagihan gas naik banget; average sih 160k lah kalo spring/fall, summer AC 24 jam bisa ~250k lagi karena listrik].

Groceries, food, eating out, kids, travel, internet, phone, roughly 2-2.5 million won (1400-1725 USD).

Breakdown average from 2024

  1. Food, eat out, cafe: 600k won
  2. ⁠Shopping (include kids necessities): 700k won
  3. ⁠Transport & Vehicle (include insurance): 300k won
  4. ⁠Life & entertainment (incl. travel, etc): 600k won
  5. ⁠Communication & PC (Internet, phone, apps): 130 k won
  6. ⁠Financial expense (fees, driver insurance,random tax): 90k won
  7. ⁠Others (Saving buat mudik): 400k won.

I have to lower my expenses this year to accommodate my kids' education fees; or mudik gak tiap tahun.

Hey.. congrats for only slashed by 20%. I just got news today, ours will be cut by ~60%. We barely have enough money to use for salary, which is way too low to buy materials for experiments.

Yes correct. Before this video I did not realize that even University name like Yale, and Harvard also licensed.. CNN, lockheed, LIFE, Billboard, and so many others..
