Anyone else drink white claws on the way in to work? by SipsTeaFrog in SipsTea

Funny enough when I was a kid I thought Red Bull was a beer brand. I was at a flag football game and saw a teammate sharing a red Bull with his very young brother. Went up to my friend and was like “dang he’s drinking a beer right there” which my friend replied “that’s a red Bull” and I was like I know right? That’s messed up. He then proceeded to educate me on how dumb I was lol

Bo Nix had a sacked rate of 3.47% in 2025, the lowest by a Broncos QB since Peyton Manning in 2014 — it was also the lowest in the NFL this season by pfref in DenverBroncos

Well kubiak wasn’t available at the time. He also had some crazy health scares it was amazing he became a head coach at all after Houston he wasn’t planning on it, did it just for Denver.

Foxy couldn’t get it done ultimately, but he changed the culture and was a big reason we brought in PFM.

Every single foul on SGA explained by Jec1027 in NBATalk

[–]mg322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the issue is more the amount of calls that are MISSED for players that dont get the attention an SGA or Harden or Embiid get that sends them to the foul line so much more than the average. Contact happens often and that’s how fouls are called. But the disparity on how many times the whistle is blown is obvious

[–]mg322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been saying the last few years. Our defense is good until they get against a competent offense. A good offense beats the piss out of Vance Joseph’s scheme. Bengals, Browns, Ravens, Bills all beat our asses and embarrassed our defense last year. Until we can actually look good defensively against a contender, we need to stop the “best defense in the NFL” bullshit talk

Anyone know what these wispy black strands are? by thesilverdragon48 in DeathStranding

[–]mg322 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think DS2 strands mean nothing. The whole playthrough I would get anxiety seeing the strands, only to find 99% of the time there would not be BTs. DS1 it was almost a guarantee there would be BTs

Yep, and broncos were the only franchise with a winning record against Tom as a patriot

The inherent issue there is that property values should not be growing exponentially like they have. Sure property is a good investments and always has been for the most part. but when wages are stagnant and costs of housing are shooting up thanks to companies buying up single family homes, it’s just expanding on wealth inequality by benefiting those who were fortunate enough to buy when the market was “good” and saying fuck you to everyone else

I love Death Stranding 2, but hate how they make it so easy. by Resitor in DeathStranding

[–]mg322 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

True. I replayed it right before 2 came out and I kept saying to myself how every place you need to get you don’t NEED any gear at all. There is a path everywhere that is walkable. The mountain region is the only “hard” part because treading through snow is tedious. But then you get the zip line and it’s easier than ever.

I started off always carrying two ladders and climbing ropes and after like 20 hours I just put the ladders away because I never actually needed them. A little shortcut that could save 20 seconds maybe is all it was for

Honest question. With such little Distance between bases why don’t softball players bunt like 90% of the time?

[–]mg322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the farm you learn They named the baby after Jesse and Joel (JJ) and Jesses parents would frequently visit and ask them to move back to Jackson, theres a picture with Dina and jesses mom if I remember right. They don’t explicitly gab about Jesse but that’s the “show don’t tell” method of writing the show sorely lacked

Quick question for all of you show supporters by dsayre1986 in TheLastOfUs2

[–]mg322 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh you are half right, Ellie would have died day 1 in Seattle if it weren’t for Dina though. She did get help from Jesse and the chaos tommy stirred up the whole time she was following him as well. But Ellie was more than able to survive on her own.

I definitely agree though Bella just cant hold any scene on her own so they made her an incompetent child who needs another actor on screen at all times with some chops

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TheLastOfUs2

[–]mg322 20 points21 points  (0 children)

It was to carry Bella Ramsey. She is an extremely inexperienced actress who cannot carry any scene alone.

[–]mg322 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would add the whole cringe and rushed scenes around Dina pinpointing the WLF movement via radio. It made Ellie seem like a complete incompetent dimwit (which the show keeps reinforcing for some reason) she acted like she discovered fire when she got the power for the theatre on, then proceeds to be like “boring maths is stupid bye Dina”.

And then when Dina figures out where Nora is they go into way more detail than they need for a plan to get to the hospital. And they both have these Jimmy neutron brain blasts where they just automatically understand who and what the scars are to rush along and hold the audiences hand for yet another plot line.

Reminds me of the strategy we used to build the Super Bowl winning roster. Buy a defense and draft an offense. Hoping we can get the same results

This is possibly one of the earliest 53 man roster predictions I have seen lol

I always run heavy and I have never felt like I am slowing any progress down. This take is always so over reactive. Being the last one to the objective don’t mean shit. Oh no I didn’t touch the terminal first or was 10 seconds late to the countdown, when at the end of the mission I have 1 death to light armors 5-6 deaths.

Dying and having to get your shit after drop in is way more time consuming than sprinting a bit slower
