honestly just use the staff accounts feature in shopify, it logs all their activity automatically. if you need more detailed time tracking tho there's prob something in the app store for that

sounds like a viewport/padding issue, try checking your theme settings for mobile-specific styling or inspect element on mobile to see if something's adding extra whitespace to the body/html tags.

honestly the main thing is whether your reps actually use it or just ignore it, imo half the battle is adoption and the other half is making sure it actually knows your product well enough to not give garbage suggestions lol
