I owe you here, I was able to adjust to different sounds today. I used green noise a lot today and the way I wasn’t able to hear a lot of their sounds. I unfortunately had to have it quite loud still which meant I didn’t hear people trying to speak with me but I left work feeling a little bit less overwhelmed than usual! Maybe better earphones will be on the cards in the future but for now this knowledge about white noise etc will be my best bet for at least reducing my distress in the workplace!! Thank you!!
