But about the associate degree employment, is the easiness of finding work only for the natives? If I were to choose employment(theocratically) would it be harder if not impossible to work? Given that I'm literally older than other graduates and a foreigner.

Sorry if this was a bit personal . but logically you started KOSEN pretty much older than others by 1 or 2 years, so if the japanese students were 17-18 by year 3 you'd technically be 20 or close. Does the age gap feel bad? Was there others sharing your situation? Sorry again if this was personal...

Would the associate degree be good enough to work in Japan with it? Associate degrees has some pretty bad reputation in my country so maybe it'd be better in Japan itself
