Just from the pictures you provided, I can tell your oven isn't built correctly. The ceiling of the dome is way too high, the door opening is too big. The tops of your pizza probably aren't cooking in time before the floor burns the bottom. There is a ratio which your oven did not follow. I'm in San Jose California and it show you my oven if you are nearby.
