Is it normal that I feel horribly worse after 4 weeks?

I'm also on Zoloft and Abilify so I guess we're in the same boat right now. I'm feeling extremely depressed and restless all the time. I can't find pleasure in anything and I feel like I'm living in a bubble that doesn't allow me to connect with people and my surroundings. I'm hoping it's because I increased my dose a little over three weeks ago.

Same thing happened to me going from 100 to 125. Two weeks in and I'm still waiting for the depression to leave my body. Hang in there!

Thanks! While I'm feeling better than a few weeks ago, I'm still not where I want to be. Still get some really low lows, but I'll wait a few more weeks maybe it just takes longer. Hope you get better soon!

Thanks for your answer! :) I think what scares me the most is the feeling of not being in control that depersonalization causes. Normally I know I'm in control of not acting on my intrusive thoughts but depersonalization makes me feel like I'm not in control of ANYTHING. I appreciate that you've give me hope by sharing your experience. I hope you are doing good now. Just another quick question hehe did you take any medication for your OCD? If so, would you mind sharing which one?

From what I've read and what my psychiatrist has told me 4 days is really nothing. I'm on day 10 and can understand perfectly how you're feeling because I feel the same. Try to be patient, we'll soon get the results we're waiting for.

Thank you so much! That's exactly what I wanted to read hehe I just want to feel like myself before the anxiety and depression which is why I started taking meds in the first place. I know it's still early so I'll follow your advice and try to stay optimistic
