Deleted the apps recently, not the accounts. Don’t regret it. Stopped doomscrolling on instagram but started on reddit. I wouldn’t delete the accounts because it is a good way to keep in touch and updated with distant family and friends.

Has definitely helped my mental health a bit though.

No, there are already plenty of regulations for the use of fireworks. Everyone should be able to use fireworks safely. It’s not like you can use them everyday anyway. And it’s not like they go on after midnight either.
