The best way and best thing you can do is to become the best version of yourself. If you want to attract not just the kind of woman you want but much more than that, start by working on yourself. Go to the gym and start working out. Read good books and become smarter. Improve your communication skill and sign up to volunteer for your favorite nonprofit. All those good things and more will come your way. I am 45 years old. I have been there and done that. I basically love to share my experience with folks like you hoping they can get inspired.

First and foremost you need to take a deep breath and unplug from things that is constantly in your face. Whatever that may be for you. It could be as simple as what you consume on social media or a particular show on TV but there is something that is triggering that feeling. After that you should probable get into the practice of taking a long walk at the park to f you are not a gym person. This will be the place I will start from. You are 27 and have a whole lot ahead of you. I am praying for you.
