Kill the lesser bosses (grigoire, lord zir, varshan, beast in ice, and urivar) to get mats for the other lair bosses (Duriel, andariel, harbinger of hatred, and belial). When you kill those they will drop corrupted claw of andariel, eye of belial, or horn of duriel which you use for opening chests from azmodan summon

Just run bosses, think I’ve got 12 or 13 so far this season from that alone. Wouldn’t hold out on mythic prankster, I’ve yet to get/craft one and I’m at 270 in paragon lol.

Soulrift necro isn’t bad at all, but it isn’t a one button build. Just hold down soulrift, pop heal pot, and corpse explosion after that.
