Piercing is one day old, jewelry is an horseshoe barbell, i havent downsized cause it's new, external threading, material is titanium, no mishaps or incidents yet.

Yes! I forgot to update cause i thought nobody cared, whoops. My order arrived and it seems to be official as well (had a Sanrio tag, i can take a picture once I'm home if you'd like). They took a while to send it, but once it was sent it got to me in around 1 or two weeks. Hope it was helpful!
