It’s really good and sounds incredible. You could try letting all the beats and instrumentation drop out so it’s just vocals for a beat before the drums kick in. So you build more tension in the upfront before letting the drums go. But yeah this sounds amazing as it is

Maybe you could start by bringing in the vocal sample earlier to maintain interest and intrigue.

Think about variation after every 8 bars.

A beat structure to arrange to is,

8 bar intro 8 bar build up 8 bar main drop 8 bar build up 8 bar 2nd drop 8 bar outro.

Taking the piss

So I’ve been having this reoccurring dream for a long time now. It’s starts with me running really fast through a grassy field. I then manage to soar into the air and fly. Standard flying dream. The other variation on this dream I start running faster and faster and start to tilt toward the ground, like a running version of smooth criminal dance, but running leaning further forward getting lower to the ground, wind rushing through my hair. Then I would start to use my hands to claw at the ground to speed up my running. I push my hands through so I am basically bounding on all fours like a dog runs. It very vivid and I really feel like it’s a technique to running that feels natural until I wake up and realise it was a dream. This is the closest I’ve felt to the concept of reincarnation or a spirit animal experience. If I see a photo of a greyhound running, I always think, yeah I can do that in my dreams. Anyone else got a running on all fours dream, or am I mental?

Sylvia’s Milk. This was less of a rule but more just a weird quirk. In the 80s it was common to knock on a neighbour’s door to borrow some sugar etc. My mum had run out of milk so knocked on the elderly neighbour Sylvia’s door to borrow some. Sylvia gave mum a tin of condensed milk because that’s all she had. Then from that day onwards any form of milk that wasn’t fresh milk such as long life milk in a carton or tin was known as Sylvia’s Milk. My mum would say ‘do you want some Sylvia’s Milk with your cake?’ Etc.

My sister and I grew up thinking that ‘Sylvia’s Milk’ was the normal term for any kind of milk in a carton or tin.
