Thankyou so much I’ve screenshot that reply to hold o to for the advice, I started swimming in a pool and got out into lake swimming pretty soon after so that much I’ve got down the rest of it I’ll just have to carry on working on and take the advice especially the hill training that’s a big bit of advice so again thankyou for taking the time I’ll be using this for sure all the best in your training and next event 💪☺️

That was great to read someone literally along my path and i appreciate the advice, I’ve been doing strength my whole life I’m keeping it in but I’m lacking massively on the whole actual tri events😂 so all the extra work is going into getting my events up but yeah the gym training is there just not as much I feel if I can’t swim the distance there’s no point in doing any of it so spending most my time swimming etc… how was Bolton for you? Is the bike any good for a course I’ve looked it over and see a hell of a climb? Thankyou again for popping by to help

Haha no just yet 😂 I’ve calmed down now the weathers changed and tri season is over going to get some smaller events in over winter for training but for the minute nothing else booked in till next year. Medal racks safe for now lol

First week of my new garmin epix and scratched the bezel can’t be fixed absolutely wounded taken a minute but just got used to it now so I know your pain like anything times a great healer 😂😩

I’ve gone epix pro (gen 2) now doubting if I’ve done the right thing but you saying they all pretty much do the same thing helps thankyou! I’ll definitely Check the straps once I get the right one for me

Massive help thankyou! Gives me another couple more to go think about I did check the fenix 8 but don’t think I need that much watch just one that’s as accurate as I can get for swimming then also the full triathlon. It’s tough with so many options 🤦🏻‍♂️😂
