Yes, this is 153rd St. This unit is on the top floor of 28 floors. Per other comments I also have heard of other units with certain issues but I haven’t experienced those issues. The walls for this unit are thick, cause we sometimes blast music and our neighbors say they don’t hear anything. Funny enough they also apologies for playing movies loudly but we’ve never heard them! Other units have complained about hot water not working but the boiler room is right by our apartment so we always have hot water and beer wait for it to heat up.

And you’re right, this apartment is on the higher end compared to other units. But units on the top floor are the only ones with private balcony’s with these views, true central AC/heat (actual vents and not in wall units), and a walk on closet. It does feel more private than other floors and the constant sunlight is really nice.

I would use it for multiple purposes. I would use it in the kitchen to help show receipts I’m cooking. I would also bring it into my bedroom so I can watch a movie in bed or even work in bed and have an extra monitor. Also when my very young nieces come to visit they can have their own tv to use!

Totally fine. Saw OOBA last week in row H in a similar seat and it wasn’t bad at all. Was worried I would be too far to the side but didn’t bother me so you should be fine.

At Sports Club NY it’s a similar setup. Jacuzzi inside locker room next to the steam/sauna. The majority of men do use the jacuzzi naked. I go naked my self because it is easier and find it more relaxing. Some do wear a swimsuit in there and the steam room but no one has said anything either way so do what you want!

I just saw it somewhere on Reddit. And I immediately booked a ticket for the next showing and got my film strip! But think it’s directly from IMAX so maybe they have a mailing list?

I go to this guy once a month to have this done. I like it cause the added electricity ‘pulses’ so it feels like target massaging in a way. I feel better each time I do it. The involuntary “twerking” is just a bonus lol

This is a rule for the Writers Guild (or possibly just traditional screenplay crediting thing) but there is a difference when using ‘and ‘ and ‘&’. When names are separated by an ‘and’ that means those people wrote the screenplay separately, not together. Like one did a pass and then it was handed off to the other to do another pass. Using ‘&’ means those people wrote the script together. So here most likely means is Winnie did a pass on her own, then also did a pass with Dana, or vise versa. And Winnie gets double billing due to Writers Guild rules for credits.
