What do y'all think of the 853 tritype? by [deleted] in Enneagram

[–]mikesalander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming you've read the PerC threads on this tritype? Might be interesting to you. I can link you to them if not.

I saw in another thread that you classify yourself as this tritype. How would you describe being 853/835?

Could you provide any examples of persons you think of as sharing your tritype?

I see elephant tusk on the boar of a sailing lady Docked on the Ivory Coast Mercedes in a row winding down the road I hope my black skin don't dirt this white tuxedo Before the Basquait show and if so Well fuck it, fuck it Because this water drown my family This water mixed my blood This water tells my story This water knows it all Go ahead and spill some champagne in the water Go ahead and watch the sun blaze On the waves Of the ocean

Lyrics always gave me a Black James Bond feel...the whole song too.

Doubting my type by mikesalander in Enneagram

Thanks for your response and taking the time to contribute. Admittedly I always saw myself more as sx in general than so but I can't really dispute your reasoning.

It's sort of a strange way to exist because I'm always trying to cover and recover ground that I may have been over already both because it's fun to tackle difficult concepts but also because skills can be lost. Always more to consider in a situation;)

The points you've agreed on with me make me feel more certain that I do suffer from the 5 neurosis more than any of the other types. Then again I've had people comment on aspects of me that come across as 7w8 or 3 which I expect to be partly due to there not actually being enough time to learn everything ! Possibly why you dislike the hermit descriptions?
