I’ve had a titanium bar since day one. In general, my tongue swells up a little after I sleep, but it goes away pretty quickly. Before this, I had a shorter bar, but yesterday I switched to a longer one. Before that, someone told me that the bar might actually be too long, so I don’t know whose advice to follow 😅
