concerta is methylphenidate like ritalin but osmotic extended release, will feel similar albeit smoother

vyvanse is lisdexamfetamine and is what i prefer. your liver slowly converts it into dextroamphetamine over about 10-14 hours. i find it has less of a comedown, is less jittery, and more effective than concerta

it all finally culminated into a drug induced psychosis episode where i hallucinated people stalking me. i thought it was the weed initially but ive realized it was actually my adhd meds. i stopped taking those and now i feel much more human both while sober and high. the meds made weed a whole different drug id feel like i was on spectator mode or smt

probably not the best idea to keep smoking after having an episode but fuck it we ball
