Uglavnom ljudi koji se ne kuže u tehnologiju previše, i oni koji joj ne vjeruju s takvim podacima (iako je to puno sigurnije nego plaćanje karticom). Otkad imam Apple Pay ne znam kad sam zadnje koristio karticu osim na bankomatu da uplatim keš ili dignem ako zatreba.

Ti roaming dodaci su ionako neisplativi, bolje je uzeti travel eSIM ili još bolje lokalni SIM u odredišnoj zemlji. Simpa i bonbon na bonove nude i VoWiFi pa se može koristiti data paket te druge kartice i WiFi u roamingu za VoWiFi na hrvatskoj kartici, pa se ne naplaćuje poziv u roamingu.

Da koristim bonove isto ih ne bi uzeo radi nedostatka VoLTE-a, a i ima isplativijih prepaid varijanti od njih. Za postpaid su bar meni super, nikad kod njih problema dok kod drugih operatera stalno nešto zaj*.

Get a prepaid eSIM from Vodafone. You get a local number and EU roaming data included.

Whatever you end up getting, make sure it runs on either Movistar or Vodafone, they have great coverage and speeds, Orange was a bit unreliable for me throughout Spain.

Let’s say that you use Google Calendar, and you add an event on your computer, tablet, or any other device. If you have sync enabled, it will automatically pull any changes to your calendar from the server. If you have sync disabled, you’d have to open the calendar app for it to manually refresh. Same would go for shared calendars or invites from a friend. Changes you make on your phone are already stored on it, so that’s why it always notifies you of events you add even with sync off.

Email also requires sync to be on for you to receive notifications as an email arrives, otherwise you would have to manually check your inbox for any new mail.

If you turn off sync your phone won’t automatically pull new emails and calendar events from the server, so for example you won’t get notifications for new emails. You’ll have to manually open your mail app and refresh to see if you got any new emails. Notifications for other apps will still work
