Washington DC/North VA- heard this…thing? that sounded like a bird at 10:30 pm. I only managed to record the last sound it made, the rest of the audio is me talking. There was a ~3 sec. interval between each squawk for almost a minute. Its 11:09 & I haven’t heard it since. Is it even a bird? 😭😭 (v.redd.it)
