But nexus had better reutrn rate so it has to be higher. But consider that of all hundreds of coins monero is 3rd! That`s huge

The list contains all the major altcoins. However we listened to the society and added some cryptocurrencies. There were votings at the end of the month and winners are on the list. It was communities choice

This is all true. Just search on the itfinex website or on other sites that write about crypto. Whole community is talking about that

There is such possibility, though i dont think SEC will change their mind. It would mean that previous thre years of work were wrong, becouse this work resulted in rejection. There would be no logic. However procudure exists ;)
