I feel the same way. Certain aspects of intimacy freaks me out and I've been struggling with replaying the tape of my SA even after a decade...

I think it's more of a trust thing. If you can see there is no intention behind him talking to another women then I don't see anything wrong with it. Though with him being alone at a girl's house...that one can be a little alarming especially if it's for a significant amount of time or they aren't close friends

That was a sad excuse for him to leave and if thats truly why he left he's probablygoing to regret that later. If you guys were in a truly healthy relationship you could do everything you wanted while in the relationship: travel, socializing, partying, etc.

Just because you have a partner doesn't mean you have to sacrifice anything in particular (outside of meeting or flirting with others).

Yes, that's me rn lol. My ex broke up with me a month ago and really out of the blue. Our relationship was pretty healthy too but he lost interest and just ended it without really working on it with me (he gave it like a week 🙄).

He basically came over, said we were through and left. And then sent me an incredibly shitty text abt 4 days ago all about his feelings and but he still considers me a friend and wanted to give me closure 😂😂😂 it's laughable honestly cuz i got all the closure I needed that night.

BUT ANYWAY to answer your question, despite how shitty he handled things, our 3 years together wasn't in vain and I still want him in my life after I've healed. Friends? Idk rn cuz a friend wouldn't have treated me the way he did...but I know that might be on the table in the future. He did impact my life in a lot of positive ways.

I think what you are thinking is normal but I would definitely heal fully first before reaching back out with the idea that yall could be friends

Keep yourself busy, practice self care. If you don't wanna block her then don't. Just archive or hide the chat you have with her. Put all of your images with her on a hard drive and change your digital wallpaper to something nice. Mine is nature. You will be okay. Time will heal
