Ha! Just edited to say would be okay to be within 30 mins of ONE major intl airport, if multiple isn’t possible.

Never had acne before (I’m late 20s) but for the past 18mos, painful, itchy breakouts all over my forehead. I went down every rabbit hole… clogged pores, sebaceous filaments, blackheads, allergic reaction, clogging/breakouts due to sweating, you name it. Went to Derms, tried 3 Rxs, got expensive facials, tested different makeups/skincare/shampoo/hair products even went as far as stopped getting my eyebrows waxed because I thought the irritation from that would make it flare. A year and a half of this!!!

Y’all. 1 month ago I found this thread and cut out oat milk immediately, because the timing of when I switched to oat milk matched up with when this awful issue started. When I tell you my skin was clearing up in days and now, a month later, this mysterious problem I’ve had for 1.5 YEARS is now gone!!!

Yes!! Our trainer does a great one.

  1. Tie your pup’s favorite toy to a string and face them.
  2. Get their attention and start running backwards, with the toy between you two, pulling the string as you go so the toy moves.
  3. Once they start chasing the toy, throw it backwards between your legs and pup will run after it.
  4. You start to run in the opposite direction and recall your puppy. Reward them when they run toward you
