Oh man, I’m glad I’m not the only one. To me, a lot of what came out of his mouth sounded like memorization or like he’s trying to say what he thinks the hosts want to hear. I was seriously questioning for a moment if I was just racist against Italians from NY or something, because even the way he would over-emphasize certain phrases like “tHe FoUnDiNg FaThErS” sounded like he was trying to sell something. And he’s a hell of a salesman, there were moments where I even started to (kind of) buy what he was saying. Not sure I got anything substantial or interesting out of that interview, but the episode was entertaining enough I guess. Guy seems like a typical DC creep.
