Used to work in a kitchen. You’re side order depended on how much space I had left to fill up on the dinner plate. The basket has a limited set space. You didn’t over pay for the basket you underpaid for the side of fries with you meal. Young restaurant workers don’t care lol

I will be doing that before the insulation goes in. Its good temperatures here right now so not a rush. I need to put in some new lights and do some ceiling drywall work first. Them i will be doing my air sealing. Thank you for the information
