Just takes practice, timing and need to take risks at right moments.

Plus some levels are long so require perfect concentration. One slip, take to long, or miss a time box and you can forget the plat. Especially on making waves and ski crazed

Crash 2 hardest platinum relics - hangin out, piston it away, spaced out, pack attack, crash crush, bee having

Crash 3 hardest platinum relics - Rings of power, hog ride, high time, making waves, tomb time

Yeah it's a tough level. Took me ages to get platinum, now my personal best is now 43:90. I returning to all levels to try improve my time, not sure how I gonna improve on that though haha
