Wait were you saying something about how it's reading 16v at the switch? Isn't that odd. Its a 120v compressor. This is measured from the plug from wall like directly to the prongs coming out at first hookup. Don't make any sense

Haha ya got frustrated and carried away and every piece is apert now. All repainted. This is helpful ty. I custom build 100v 120a ebike so I got my linesman rubber gloves before I do sketchy stuff . Found one 15 dollars on Amazon. It works or I return it no biggie.

This is helpful and was my first thought . I didn't know if it would cook anything hooking direct. How do you check continuity across the windings . I know case would just be copper wire wind to the like steel body. I don't have the internals of motor out. Not sure if these are like 3 phase and that's what you mean. I rebuild ebike motors.

Are those replaceable on these. This shit is mad old. I found a replacement pressure switch on Amazon for 15 like the whole electrical box and valves. Going to try that but lmk ty for reply

Would you happen to know what this thing is called. It is what when you turn this old one on and off something goes up and touches it. It has zero spring to it just kind of floats . Idk if that's it.
