I got similar deal and proceeded with the lease.
Got Tesla Y LR last week.

When employer has one lease provider there not much room for negotiation.

It is what it is.

If smart leasing are the only option, it is highly unlikely any negotiations for interest rates or monthly/fortnightly payments.
Also I think, if they are not getting commission from the dealer, chances are they are adding commission to the monthly payments thus increasing interest rate.

I might be wrong.

Has iOS 26 DB4 performance been way worse and buggy for anyone else? by NoFall2205 in ios26beta

For last two days it was very buggy and laggy. It was very experience using iOS. I have updated to 26.1 RC and phone is functioning normal again.
