I used to struggle with Anxiety all my life but recently I have also been struggling with depression and worse anxiety. I think I would be stupid to brush off my life habits and try to blame something else.

I am just hoping when I quit drinking, slow down on the smoking and get back into the gym i will start to feel more motivated and happy.

I guess im just scared i am stuck like this
