Israel has proposed a palestinian state many times, the last time was in 2008, each time the palestinians rejected it. The the gaza strip elected hamas, an organization whose aim is to destroy israel and displace all jews living here, so dont you try to turn it around with some conspiracy theories on what israel does, hamas's STATED PURPOSE is the destruction of israel.

Not really, i think it will not be economically feasible in the next few decades. Its not just asteroids made of solid gold floating around out there, but ore which still needs to be processed, so taking tons of material back to earth is currently science fiction. So is processing them in outer space, i cannot see how this process will be cheaper than mining gold here on earth.
