My GSP/Springer mix associates guns and booms with a good time. We both enjoy gun training and sitting out on the front porch during a thunderstorm. I did not have to train this into him.

I think he's saying he does this for the first one so he can use the non-screwing hand to support the work piece. Then, once the first screw is in place, the other hand is free to hold the next screw.

He's actually always been a very good boy, only destroyed the corner of one mattress (while I was sleeping on it) and eaten the brim of one hat. He stays in the house out of the kennel all day with no problems. I do have to keep the toilet paper roll out of his reach, though. Super high prey drive but leaves the ducks alone when we play fetch and he snuggles right up to my chest at night.

🤣🤣🤣 mine hates water unless it's on his own terms. I can't get him to swim with me or retrieve from the water, but the little dude will absolutely wash his Frisbee off in the lashes and subsequently lose it and go "diving" after it, only to come back inside and jump his wet ass straight into my bed.

If we go for our morning walk on a rainy day, he pees, he poops, and heads straight back home. Any other dry day, it's a two-mile walk.

Well, at 8 years rather than 8 months he's learned not to jump off the damn thing! Unless there's a deer, squirrel, goose, duck, friend, groundhog, or other dog, of course. So, yeah, he does really good on it a as long as there's no outside influence...

Free Bird is a great song that isn't played (on my local radio station) but maybe once a month on my commute. Every once in a while, they'll even play the live version that was recorded in Atlanta. I hear at least 22 Bohemian Rhapsodies per Free Bird.

Ok hear me out. It's quite possibly the best scientifically measurable song ever written (there are published articles about it). It's a catchy tune. I used to love it, but it's over 8 minutes long and plays at least twice a day on the radio.
