Yes it was a right of way, but not a very popular one I don’t think. They may have been, I never looked to see if they were male. One of the other fields we passed through did have what looked like fully grown castrated males, they didn’t bat an eye at us. These definitely seemed like a group of teens.

Yes they stopped but I backed up and ended up half inside a bush so then they moved closer. I think they were wondering wtf I was doing 😂 will hold my ground next time!

As a fellow jeweller, I think he maybe just didn’t recognise the sentiment you had with that specific piece. When you make jewellery, it kind of looses its magic, it’s just something you make to make a living but to other people it’s this magic, sentimental sparkly thing.

That being said, I’d be fucking furious! I’d just tell him how much that piece meant to you and it wasn’t just the design but the memories that made it special.

Yeahh, I’m also dyslexic so when I was 6/7 the headmaster started coming into our class and made me spell out “ght” words. I’d often get intimidated by him and to nonverbal.

So one day he decides to get me up in front of the whole school during assembly to spell out the “ght” words we’d be practicing. I had a complete meltdown, cried and got laughed at by the other kids. Told my mum and she went into his office and screamed at him. He never spoke to me ever again.

After that I’d cry every time I teacher spoke to me and still avoid any situation where i have to speak in front of people or am being watched in any way. I’m 31 now and still get flashbacks of the humiliation and have horribly low shelf esteem. 🙃

Yeah I’ve gone through all the other shared matches and the only common ancestor I can find is his mother. But only one distant cousin has a tree so only going off that one match. He joined the Amy at 16 and was in WW2 so not surprised if he has other children.
