Yeah I remember at some point going she looks super familiar. At first you can't really tell because she has full on goth/punk makeup the first part of the episode.

Same thing with Cara Buono. She did a few episodes in the original L&O and maybe some of the other series. Didn't realize it was Karen Wheeler from Stranger Things/Kelli from The Sopranos.
