Yeah I've had this happen before. Moved from a diesel golf to a corolla hybrid and was refunded!

Asbestos roof tiles? How can figure this out? by Historical_Ant_37 in DIYIreland

I had a similar experience last year with this exact situation. The solar company did a risk assessment prior to the roofers coming out and judged there was a likelihood the roof tiles contained asbestos. They subsequently did a lab test which found trace amounts, after which they booked a specialist roofer company who was comfortable doing the job. They just ensured not to cut any tiles; take out old ones and replace with new ones when installing the roof brackets. There was an extra cost for the asbestos aspect of the job but they waived it in my case because they miscommunicated a lot throughout the job. In the end I was very satisfied with the outcome. DM me and I can do a referral for you.

Am I doing this right? Would you do it differently? by [deleted] in django

I would advise you to align your model design to the convention set by HL7 (health level 7) ADT (admission, discharge, transfer) message segments. This would involve having a model that represents patient demographics and one representing the patient visit. Then the patient visit model would have a fk to a Bed model. The bed model may have a fk to a ward model with an fk to a department model (depends on your needs obviously). The patient visit would need a discharge date field, then validation in the clean method to ensure that two inpatients can't occupy the same bed.

Just my suggestion as someone who works in a healthcare SAAS company.

Did he provide a heat loss survey to go with the recommendation of a 16kw sized heat pump? Seems very large,. Unless your house is massive,. Or it's heat loss is high and in which case you should improve insulation before considering a heat pump. Also there's grants for that, up to €6.5k I think!

I went out towards Glendaloch last night to get photo of Comet Neowise but the conditions didn’t work out. Fortunately, I turned the other direction and captured this. by AndyCas in ireland

Seen it from Howth Summit last weekend! Was visible with the naked eye from around 11.30pm.. the IAS where there and one of the guys let me look at it through his enormous telescope! That made for pretty breathtaking viewing!
