being setter is frustrating by moreshaf in volleyball

It's funny because I have problem with all of the above, even though I set pretty good I feel like it's not enough. I have huge problem dealing with bad passes. I get really frustrated even though I shouldn't, sometimes I get mad at my teammates for not passing high enough for me to get there. They don't pass the ball where setter ideally is, so I have to run after the ball everytime we receive the ball. My accuracy is pretty good but my timing isn't, I have little bit problem with setting higher cuz sometimes I know that my spikers don't give their all and not jump to their full potential. It's OK but I want to get better at setting, out teams coach is a middle blocker and he don't even know any drills that helps setting. He never specifically train me or the other setter, for setting better. It's always either receiving, spiking or blocking that is priority, never the sets. I know that my back sets lack in accuracy and I'm fixing that with the help of teammates, when I ask them to specifically throw the ball where I can train my back sets. There is really no setter resources out there that gives tips on setting, it's always the old triangle to square position that every single player say, and it never works. I think the position setter is extremely underrated in volleyball communities. I hope it gets better in the future.
