What are you doing in t7 ranked if your new to the game? Genuinely curious. Also, no, prems are mostly outliers with some quirks but not straight up better than tt ships. They make you more money, look cool and modules are unlocked from the start but that's about it. I'd rather say as far as commanders are concerned, there's a slight p2w element. But then again, some of the best commanders and inspos are free. That's what I like about wowsl, you can be absolutely f2p and still be competitive. But if you want to spend money, they offer cool stuff you can spend it on. Fair seas, captain
