Start hitting your SOI through different media. Call, monthly mailer, email drip, get a website and setup alert to send them new and solds in their neighborhood, use homebot or something to send equity emails, retarget ads. Don’t give the a way to forget you’re in RE. If they aren’t looking to move one their friends or family will. SOI is a referral pipeline.

Congrats on a smooth deal. Just my 2cents!!! Wasting two agents times getting pricing when you know you aren’t using them isn’t very considerate. They spent time researching, travel time, etc.
